研究兴趣:

杨竞课题组致力于神经免疫调控(neuroimmune regulation)的交叉学科方向。在传统观念中,神经系统和免疫系统是机体内相互独立、行使不同功能的两个系统。但是越来越多的证据表明,神经系统具有调节各个器官或组织内免疫反应的重要作用。神经免疫调控正成为生物医学领域中一个新兴、前沿、热点方向。

课题组跨学科整合全组织三维成像、光/化学遗传学、动物疾病模型及人类临床样本,建立了领先的神经免疫研究平台。课题组已在经典免疫器官天然免疫、肺部2型免疫反应、肠道急性炎症、肿瘤免疫等多个方面取得创新性成果,开拓了不同生理或病理条件下神经免疫调控的全新视角。不仅如此,课题组最新工作探索了神经退行性疾病或代谢类疾病中神经免疫调控的重要功能。这些研究成果将为利用特异性神经信号治疗不同免疫相关疾病提供关键的理论切入点。
