1. 利用单细胞测序、空间转录组测序、脂类质谱分析、空间质谱成像、多色克隆谱系追踪、CRISPR基因编辑等前沿的实验方法,以及小鼠(Mus musculus)、斑马鱼(Danio rerio)、线虫(C. elegans)、猕猴(Rhesus macaque)和人的脂肪组织等实验模型,来探索环境和遗传条件对脂肪组织的细胞动力学、分子调控机制和脂质组学的影响。
2. 利用多色的克隆谱系追踪、体外组织的实时成像,单细胞测序,以及微型CT成像等前沿的实验方法,以及小鼠(Mus musculus)和斑马鱼(Danio rerio) 等动物实验模型,来剖析脊髓和脊柱发育的细胞机制和分子信号通路。
